If you are taking warfarin blood thinning tablets you should have your warfarin levels checked regularly by one of our Health Care Assistants (HCA). Please contact the practice to make an appointment with an HCA on 0300 790 6277. We recommend that you call after 11:00, to avoid the busiest times on our phone system.
