Who do I see?
HCA (Health Care Assistant) / CTAC for chemo related blood tests
Advice:
If you have been asked to arrange a blood test by a GP or other member of the practice’s clinical staff then contact reception on 0300 790 6277 and ask for an appointment with an Health Care Assistant (HCA). We recommend that you call after 11:00 to make an appointment with an HCA, to avoid the busiest time on our phone lines.
If you are requesting a blood test relating to chemotherapy you need to contact the CTAC service on 0300 790 6292 to arrange this.
Appointments for blood tests MUST have been requested by your doctor or other health care professional.
